Are you happy with the level of service you typically receive?

If you live in the U.S., probably not.

According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index, customer satisfaction suffered the largest decrease in 20 years between Q4 2013 and Q1 2014. And according to Zendesk, the U.S. ranks 15th among the countries with the best customer service. (Who's number one? New Zealand. Go Kiwis!)

Surprisingly--at least to me--government and nonprofit agencies ranked number one in terms of overall customer satisfaction. (Clearly no surveys were conducted at my local DMV.)
