Remember when you were younger and a boring afternoon seemed like it lasted an eon? Not so much, anymore right? Your clock may say that time ticks along steadily at a consistent rate, but anyone with more than a couple of decades under their belt can tell you that lived experience doesn't agree.

The older you get, the faster time seems to go. Why is that? And is there  anything you can do about that?
