It's hard to beat Kickstarter's stunning New York City office.

Inc. recently toured the crowdfunding startup's headquarters, located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, in a former pencil factory built in the 1890s. 

In the video above, Kickstarter director of human resources Shannon Ferguson shows off the main floor, where the majority of the team works: a large open space that features beautiful, craftsman-designed woodwork and fixtures made by local artists. The office also features plenty of places to get fresh air, including a central courtyard and a roof that houses a company garden. Check out the video for the full inside look.
