Within the next couple of years, it's possible that beside the "Upload Resume/CV" button on career websites, you're going to see a place for adding a video resume, too. In fact, 45 percent of hiring managers think this application component will soon be commonplace. More than 60 percent of recruiters already regularly conduct video interviews in order to put a face and personality to the name. 

Granted, not everyone is equally receptive to these newer recruiting strategies. Millennials are more likely to respond to these non-conventional methods, according to Adecco, a human resource consulting company.
