Gamification is typically thought of as a way to engage consumers, but it's also a way to help employees stay engaged in your company. Gartner, a technology research firm, predicts that more than 70 percent of the Forbes Global 2000 organizations will have at least one gamified application by the end of this year. And for good reason: engaged employees are 87 percent less likely to leave their jobs.
