Experience design is the practice of thoughtfully considering just about every interaction users have with your company, then designing for those needs and preferences. Each organization thinks about experience design differently, but one thing that many experts agree on is that the practice will be hugely important for businesses to understand and master moving forward.
That's because 59 percent of Americans say they would be willing to try a new brand if offers them a better service experience, according to an American Express survey. As a result Walker, a customer experience consultancy, predicts that in 2015, user experience will become more important than a product and its pricing alone.
