It's easy to guess why gainfully employed people decide to up and leave their jobs. However, discovering the real reasons why individuals quit can be a little bit more difficult. 

LinkedIn decided to ask job holders what factors would influence their decision to leave their current company. Then it asked those who had recently switched jobs why they did. It turns out that the answers differed between the two groups.
