00:10 Lauren Bush Lauren: It's so important in starting a social enterprise to balance the will and want to give back and do good for the world, with also real business, scaling a business, sustaining a business. And so many social businesses really do fail because they're too focused on the give back and wanting to do good and they forget about, I think, the fundamentals of, again, sustaining a business. So, it's really important, and it's a tricky thing to operate on two levels. To operate on one with your eye on the prize, in terms of giving back and the core of why you started a business, which is hopefully to change the world for the better, but also using business tools and thinking in a business mind about building a brand, scaling a business, sustaining a great team, all those things that are necessary. So, it's an extra challenge, I would say, for social entrepreneurs.
