It replaced the oil burner ($250) and installed an automatic set-back thermostat ($100). Wells Bindery also seals 58 windows each fall with 6-mil. polyethylene and pressure-sensitive shipping tape. Sealing supplies cost around $50, and the plastic can be reused each year.
