As a successful service-firm entrepreneur, I found "Personal Business" (April) informative, poignant, and almost totally on target. Why the qualifier? Because you chose who women as examples of those who are still struggling with roles and directions, and three men as examples of those who have passed these hurdles. While you conclude by implying that the women will work out their problems, it is a shame you didn't choose both men and women for both ends of the spectrum.
I know: The article was accurate and realistic, so who cares what sex the featured players were? We all should. Because despite the growth of women in business, we will still benefit from the help of journalists who will, from time to time, feature positive female role models.
