It all started for Bikestream, of Midland, Tex., when Mark Scott got a powerful thirst. Three years ago, riding in the Hotter 'n Hell Hundred, a 100-mile bike race in north Texas, he dreamed of a hands-free drinking system for bikers and athletes on the move. CEO Gerald Nobles Jr. claims the company's now-patented products -- which affix to vehicles or can be worn around the waist -- already sell in bike and sporting-goods shops in 38 countries.
