If a full-blown getaway isn't in the cards, consider treating your employees to a device-free happy hour hosted by Digital Detox in Oakland or San Francisco. (The company plans to expand to New York City and Los Angeles this summer.) Revelers surrender their phones at the door, get mini massages, and play board games. Monopoly, anyone?
