Web-based service management software company FieldPoint Service Applications has integrated Blink Logic's Web-based collaborative business intelligence solution into its own help desk, field service, contracts, and project management software. The combined solution will deliver multi-dimensional reporting and analytics for field service workers.

The new Alert Analytics solution is a user-friendly Web-based delivery model with user-customizable dashboards, scorecards and collaboration tools. As an on-demand solution, it offers a combined help desk, field service, contracts and project management application that can analyze data in almost real-time. Users can also create an online community by accessing key metrics and communicating the value and integrity of those figures across the company in a blog-like format.
