Build-to-order desktops, notebooks, servers and storage solutions provider Equus Computer Systems has announced plans to expand its offerings with the addition of NETGEAR's  (NASDAQ:NTGR) portfolio of business-class networking infrastructure and storage solutions. The new offering will help the company better target the small and midsize business sector.

"NETGEAR brings a strong brand along with a comprehensive family of reliable, high-performance, value-packed networking and storage products that already enjoy significant market and mindshare in the SMB sector," Joe Toste, vice president of sales and marketing for Equus, said in a statement.

Matt Dargis, senior director of US Channel Operations at NETGEAR, said the move provides and opportunity to "expand the awareness of our industry-leading family of networking and storage products to an entirely new audience."
