Mobile workforce management company ClickSoftware Technologies (NASDAQ:CKSW) has launched an enhanced version of its ClickMobile product, which provides companies with automated real-time monitoring tools. ClickSoftware's ClickSchedule workforce scheduling software offers companies optimized mobile workforce management.
ClickMobile now features a complete range of supported devices, including smartphones and PDAs, as well as integration with ClickSchedule and ClickSoftware's entire ServiceOptimization Suite, a variety of job dispatching methods, full support for work order-related activities, and the ability to download and upload file attachments. It also offers a cross-organization messaging system for fast, low-cost communication, multilingual support, highly scalable and secure connections, and built-in integration to technologies such as GPRS modem, GPS, and mobile printers.
"With even a small workforce of tens of technicians, reacting adequately and in real time to the constant stream of field data is well beyond the capabilities of any human brain," ClickSoftware's chairman and CEO Dr. Moshe BenBassat said in a statement.
