The Regus Group will open new 20,000-square-foot business center in Des Moines, Iowa, and 15,500-square-foot center in Marlborough, Mass., the company announced this week. The Des Moines center features 69 offices, 134 workstations, one boardroom, one meeting room and one videoconferencing studio. The Marlborough center has 68 offices, 109 workstations, one boardroom and one videoconferencing studio.

"Our first center in Iowa is perfectly situated in an urban-style, main street environment in West Des Moines. We strategically selected West Glen Town Center for a number of reasons including this being among of the fastest growing areas in the state and the unique features and amenities that the property offers our clients," Michael Berretta, vice president of business development for Regus, said in a statement.

"Marlborough -- and more specifically the 495 corridor -- continues to attract businesses from a wide spectrum of industries, from technology to medical to biotech and defense. And our flexible office solutions are ideally suited for those companies who are doing business with these organizations, as well those small-to-medium-sized businesses who are looking to avoid long-term, traditional office leases," Jeff Doughman, regional vice president for Regus, said in a statement.
