AltiGen Communications (NASDAQ:ATGN) , a provider of VoIP business phone and unified communications solutions for small and midsize businesses, has unveiled two new service plans. The Standard and Premier plans were developed on the heels of the success of the Software Assurance Program rolled out last year.

The Standard service plans provides customers with Software Assurance, plus an extended warranty and depot repair on servers and telephony boards. The Premier service plans offers with all of the benefits of the Standard plan, plus expands the hardware warranty coverage to include advance replacement of servers and telephony boards.

"These programs are designed to ensure that our customers always have the latest technology in order to maximize the benefits of their AltiGen VoIP phone systems — while further allowing AltiGen to increase ties with our customers to drive long-term, mutually beneficial, business relationships," Jerry Fleming, president and COO of AltiGen, said in a statement.
