Jan. 8, 2007 -- The Personal Spaceflight Federation, a Los Angeles-based company formed to promote commercial human spaceflight, announced Friday that it has appointed Bretton Alexander as its new president.

Alexander, who was a senior policy analyst for space issues at the White House, said that as the company's new president, he plans to help the private sector further expand into human spaceflight industry.
