Feb. 28, 2007 -- Brainshark, a Waltham, Mass.-based communications firm, will add marketing and sales effectiveness applications to its portfolio of on-demand software and services, the company said Tuesday.

Brainshark's MSE Suite, which offers turnkey integration with Salesforce.com and custom CRM integration, helps users boost sales by optimizing communications, the company said.

Users can also customize the applications by selecting only the tools they need from a range of products and services, which include Brainshark Presentations, Brainshark Sales Campaigns, podcasting tools, e-mail list enhancement, presentation makeover services, transcription and translation services, and Brainshark Gateway for Microsoft LiveMeeting, the company said.
