The upgraded version features cost-effective high-performance screen recording, optimized to require less bandwidth and disk space for transfer and storage of recordings.

It also integrates Verint Witness Actionable Solutions' CTI link technology, expanding its capabilities and compatibility with a range of customer environments. Additionally, new the Audiolog supports VoIP technology with its high scalability, capacity and increased recording throughput, resulting in enhanced compression and transfer of multi-channel VoIP recordings and all related call data.
