New year, new you, new...job?

A fresh start to the new year that is quickly approaching asks that we plan for the months ahead -- where do you want to be in the new year? Who do you want to be? What things from the last year do you know you need to get rid of?

As they say, out with the old and in with the new. Happy job-hunting.
