We listen to our employees and give them what they want. That typically comes in two forms: raises and specific perks that people ask for. That has included common requests, like a flexible work location, and it has included less common things, like covering the cost of a dog walker so someone can come into the office without worrying about their pet. We've done away with raise pools and annual review cycles. And for reviews, we evaluate every employee monthly, providing an opportunity for a raise or promotion.
