WHY WE THINK WE'RE A GREAT PLACE TO WORK
We start with the goal of prioritizing the team ahead of profits, ahead of cost management, ahead of everything internal to the business. We provide many health insurance options, 50% company match on associated costs, 401K programs, an employee stock option plan. We also offer paid Maternity Leave (where less than 47% of employers do so) and paid Paternity Leave (where less than 10% of employers do so) to families. We are truly focused on giving as much as we can back to our team in the form of benefits that most companies are not willing to provide.

"Culture eats strategy for breakfast." XYPN embraces the sentiment behind this Peter Drucker-inspired quip. XYPN constantly checks the pulse of the organization--as measured by the happiness of its employees--through weekly check-ins. Our leadership team can be approached with any problems, concerns, insights, or ideas at any time. Leadership is incredibly transparent. Decisions are not made behind closed doors; they are communicated openly so that intentions are always understood and never doubted. We are proud of our culture.
