As our team has grown over the past four years, our company has focused on keeping our "it" factor. Our director of human resources continues to focus on increasing our employee engagement while helping us find the right people to join our growing team. We hold monthly remote team events for peers to interact with one another as well as monthly company meetings to transparently talk about our organization and our work. We encourage our team members to be active participants and volunteers in their communities.

Our company prioritizes culture in a multitude of initiatives. New hire onboarding includes team bonding, manager one-on-ones, systems training, peer and leadership shadowing, external training, and more. Key performance indicators are only used to measure training effectiveness and to inform managers about how to best support their employees’ self-determined goals. Employee decisions drive our company's philanthropy efforts. Team events are planned by cross-departmental committees to make sure everyone is celebrated and involved.
