Agency of Credit Control is a home away from home. Everyone is treated like family and the CEO believes that family comes first. ACC's commitment to family and education has helped the business grow for 63 years. The company considers itself a steppingstone for the goals of its employees and believes that passion for knowledge has driven the overall success of the organization. It encourages all employees to continue their education, whether independently or as part of the company's role in the industry. ACC has an overall open-door policy. It encourages staff to address their concerns openly and works quickly to ensure the comfort and security of each employee. Friendly competition and recognition of employee accomplishments really does make their world go 'round. Without the staff, the company can't succeed, and it makes every effort to show immense appreciation for their efforts. This comes by way of additional paid time off, early-out on Fridays when the week has just been rough, and working around the parenting-caregiving schedules of employees.
