WHY WE THINK WE'RE A GREAT PLACE TO WORK

Our company is genuinely focused on culture. We believe in the intentional nurturing of five core culture elements: meaning, autonomy, personal growth, impact, and connection. Our founding vision three decades ago, which still serves us today, has been to build a sustainable, relevant organization based on the framework of servant leadership: being of service to one another, employee empowerment, personal and professional development, collaboration, and meeting the financial, social, creative, and emotional needs of each employee.

WHY WE THINK WE'RE A GREAT PLACE TO WORK

Radius wants its employees to ponder: What if you had one more day?

Company Description

WHY WE THINK WE'RE A GREAT PLACE TO WORK

Regent Bank has created a very innovative ownership program for key employees. We have an employee benevolence fund, so employees may receive temporary funds for financial difficulties. We hold Employee Celebration parties every time the bank grows by $25 million. Regent is completely transparent with employees and shares all financial and operational data. We recently started an optional daily devotional conference call for staff and clients. Every morning at 8:15, there is a 10-minute devotion and prayer.
