We have a culture manager in an organization with fewer than 200 people, which is rare in the industry. We host lunchtime happy hours in addition to our evening happy hours, to afford more people the chance to attend. We also celebrate specific cultural holidays. One of our core values is "turn it off." We work hard and stay focused while at work, but once employees leave, they are truly encouraged to "turn it off."
