When Covid-19 struck, we immediately moved to a fully remote and flexible work model, reduced expenses, took advantage of PPP loans, and reworked our budget to hang onto every one of our employees. Since we started in 2018, we have had very low turnover. We believe in promoting from within whenever possible and have promoted multiple individuals to manager roles.
