Family is the most important aspect of our lives. Work comes second. Our company was built on the aspects of a family: trust, love, understanding, acceptance, and forgiveness. It is our goal to build a company that feels as much like a family as possible, no matter how hard that challenge is or how different all of our backgrounds are. Our culture continues to grow based on the values we've created from working with the people we love to work with.

We are very selective about who joins our team. We want employees to be custodians of our culture above all else, as our company culture separates us from the rest of the pack. We have focused our efforts on continued leadership training. Our employees have all successfully graduated from the John Maxwell Leaders Journey course, and we continue to conduct biweekly training for all employees to pursue personal and professional development.
