WHY WE THINK WE'RE A GREAT PLACE TO WORK

Barbaricum prioritizes culture first. "The work you love with the people you want to do it with" is a mantra that has guided the organization since its inception, and continues to lead it forward. Our energetic approach fosters a culture of "why," where employees are eager to learn and free to explore solutions that may be off the beaten path. By sending employees to major technology and innovation conferences like Black Hat, SxSW, Web Summit, and more, the company continues to nurture their curiosity. Barbaricum believes in balancing hard work with relaxation. There are often happy hours on our rooftop deck after a long week of work, with the senior leadership of the firm present to build relationships with co-workers outside of day-to-day work. The partners and senior leadership have an open-door policy, and strive to provide meaningful support to employees when they have issues and/or crises. On the whole, Barbaricum feels more like a family than a government contracting firm. From a corporate standpoint, the firm is a stable and secure small business. Additionally, in 2015, The Washington Post named Barbaricum one of its "Best Places to Work in D.C."

WHY WE'RE A BEST PLACE TO WORK

Transportation Impact makes a contentious effort to maintain the amazing company culture that our owners and leadership team have worked very hard to grow and establish. Our company leaders are always seeking out new benefits to pass on to our employees, making sure that we keep the benefits we have no matter how large we grow, and making sure that our employees are having fun while working. Our owners and leaders never forget about their employees and our culture, and that's very evident.
