We maintain a healthy work-life balance for our team, offering team-building opportunities, flexible schedules, open communication, and more. We recently added a floating holiday, Heritage Day, and we encourage employees to take a mental health day if needed. With most of the company still virtual, we have made efforts to increase interpersonal connections between employees. We also offer fun classes and events that can be done online with Zoom like mixology classes, yoga classes, or even magic shows that allow employees to include their children or other family members.
