We have a "work hard, play hard" mentality. As a technology company, we had the capability to work remotely prior to Covid, but now this is a permanent option for everyone. The whole company often goes on the road together, from our whole-company Disneyland retreat every other year, to a weekend in Tahoe. Our CEO has an open-door policy and encourages employees to adjust their work hours and work remotely as necessary to meet their and their families’ needs. We know if our employees are happy, our customers will be happy.

Big Panda stepped up its advocacy for women in tech by offering coding seminars.

Our leadership recently launched an employee resource group program with the goal to give our employees the space and resources to come together over shared identities and create a safe place for people to be their truest selves. We also recently updated our leave policy to 12 weeks of paid family leave and medical. Employees also receive an additional six weeks for bonding leave, giving parents a total of 18 weeks for parental leave.
