Through key investments, such as DEI and professional development, we’ve increased employee engagement by 14% over the past year. Keeping transparency front and center, we work to share engagement scores with all employees and follow up with clear action plans. Examples of our investment in corporate culture include expansion of parental leave and mental health benefits, expansion of talent programming, introduction of company-wide recharge weeks, the launch of five employee-led ERGs, support of employee-led charitable giving organization, and the formation of our Connections Committee.
