Before we enforced a work-from-home policy to keep employees safe during the pandemic, the company was catering lunch three times a week to encourage employees to take lunches together as a group and build meaningful friendships. As we shifted to remote work, Simpplr enabled a Covid-relief program that allowed employees to purchase desks and technology equipment and included cellphone bill reimbursements. We have an open PTO policy and encourage employees to take time off for mental health days.
