Company culture is so important to us that it plays a huge role in our hiring process. Even if a candidate is qualified for a role, if they aren't a culture fit, we don't hire them. Further, our senior management and executive teams prioritize being available and 'on the ground' with employees. Every employee is empowered to bring thoughts, ideas, and concerns to senior management or even one of the owners at any time.
