WHY WE'RE A BEST PLACE TO WORK

Bridge Connector approached culture with intentionality and accountability by identifying six core values early on, which are reiterated during nearly all meetings as a blueprint for everything we do. Those values are: respect, innovation, teamwork, transparency, continuous improvement, and resiliency. We work hard to foster a teamwork environment through more than just talk. We encourage collaboration and want all our employees to feel heard and valued. We provide constant opportunities for feedback with initial 60-day reviews, followed by ongoing 90-day reviews.

We read every comment we receive through our biannual company surveys. In 2021 alone, that feedback led us to make hybrid and flexible work permanent; upgrade our Best Care Employee Assistance Program to provide free therapy sessions; and launch an employee-supported fund to help employees address unforeseen financial or emergency events. We offer every employee 16 hours of volunteer time per year and health plans with low-to-no monthly premiums. We have also introduced a monthly technology reimbursement stipend per employee and have weekly company-sponsored office lunches.

Our company culture is at the core of everything we do, both in and out of the office. To build that culture, we take care of our employees from the moment they join the firm. We connect them with experienced colleagues from all over the company and encourage professional development that benefits the individual and the company. Perhaps most important, each one of us tries to embody the honesty, humility, and vulnerability that make for the most inclusive and supportive workplace possible.
