Bridging-Health Int’l  (BHI) is a non-profit organization with a 501 (c)3 status in the United States. It is a member of the American Public Health Association and holds an affiliate Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Nigeria called Ascending Health Foundation. BHI is poised to mitigate health inequities and inequalities in marginalized populations and communities globally, using the Sustainable Development Goal Agenda (SDG)as a road map.

BHI envisions a world where everyone has pathways to health and opportunity. According to the CDC, Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) are the non-medical factors that affect a wide range of health outcomes. BHI is dedicated to improving health outcomes in marginalized communities and populations through research and evidence-based interventions. Along with its affiliates, BHI is driven to address the Social Determinants of Health (SDoH)by advancing programs that promote health and well-being thus enhancing population health outcomes.

Bridging-Health Int’l offers a vast array of interventions and campaigns in areas that include and are not limited to Health, Education, and Human rights advocacy. We take a broad, and yet passionate approach as we embrace the SDG agenda on a case-by-case basis.
