We read every comment we receive through our biannual company surveys. In 2021 alone, that feedback led us to make hybrid and flexible work permanent; upgrade our Best Care Employee Assistance Program to provide free therapy sessions; and launch an employee-supported fund to help employees address unforeseen financial or emergency events. We offer every employee 16 hours of volunteer time per year and health plans with low-to-no monthly premiums.
