WHY WE THINK WE'RE A GREAT PLACE TO WORK
We believe that being a great place to work is about more than just great perks (although we have those too). For us, our culture serves as both a real competitive advantage and a reason that our employees come to work happy every day. Our company has two documents that guide our culture--our manifesto and the Call-Em-All Formula. From their first day, employees are taught to use these documents as guidelines for all of their decisions and actions. From our weekly all-hands meetings, numerous team-building events, and our charitable projects, our employee participation rates are off the charts. Employees collaborate and contribute outside of their defined roles and genuinely believe in our values and manifesto. Work should provide far more than just financial support for your home life. We don't have a vacation policy, and we don't track time off. Instead, we support each other and encourage time away from the office--whether it's to coach a kid's soccer team, care for a sick family member, or take a long vacation. We expect people to get their work done, but when circumstances make that difficult, we step in to help one another.
