We continue open communication through weekly company meetings where each employee shares his or her experiences from the prior week, discuss current projects, and upcoming events. On top of prioritizing communication, DFC Consultants offers flexible work schedules, allowing employees to come and go for appointments or other activities. During the summer months, employees take turns leaving work at noon on Fridays in order to have more time to enjoy the warm weather. Each employee also receives a bonus paid day off they can use to celebrate their birthday. Individual achievements are recognized through bonuses, raises, promotions, and public announcements on our website and in local media. Group achievements and outstanding sales have been marked with company trips to Jamaica, Mexico, and Florida where everyone in the company, including spouses or friends, have been included. Team building events and activities take place 2-3 times throughout the year and have included baseball game outings, bowling and golfing.
