We revisit that vision annually and assess if our focus is correctly aligned on how to get there. If adjustments are needed, we make them, to either our vision, our focus, or both. This gives us a clear sense of purpose. The belief that there is a larger common goal, to be part of a larger purpose, and everyone is committed to it.

Culture is also paramount. We’ve done away with corporate-style annual reviews, so we provide informal feedback to our employees throughout every project. We set financial metrics predicated on the overall profitability of the company, not on revenue. We invest back into the company. We invest heavily in marketing, tradeshows, user conferences, additional training, and our annual company meeting. We run a fully transparent company. Our team is aware of the financial status & financial health of the company, and they have full access to the leadership team at all times. We compensate our team much higher than the industry average, and we’ve deployed world-class benefits across the board.

Officevibe allows us to make real-time adjustments to our culture in order to foster a more inclusive, positive environment. More recent changes include instituting a work-from-home program, extend our PTO by 5 days to a total of up to 4 weeks, adding a free in-house therapist, and revising our 401(k) plan.
