After learning that his kids couldn't eat pasta containing gluten, Mason Arnold got to work crafting noodle alternatives out of fresh vegetables. The concoction was a hit with his kid, and after he launched Cece's Veggie Noodle Co. in 2015, consumers are eating it up too. The Austin, Texas-based company also makes veggie-based rice, macaroni and cheese, and (coming soon) ramen noodles.
