We constantly engage our team to ensure that we retain the right people, and that they are in the right seat and tapping into their passions. We incorporate culture as part of our recruitment strategy and hiring standards. We use the Culture Index Assessment to identify natural strengths that align with our culture and company needs. We host regular team meetings for full transparency and opportunities to ask questions. Team meetings always include a component to drive camaraderie, such as ugly-sweater events or pizza and happy hours, intended to foster a strong bond between field and office employees.
