Clarabridge develops text analytics software for customer experience management. The software analyzes text from various customer sources (e-mails, surveys, product reviews, call transcripts), sorting through parts of speech, linguistic relationships, repeated themes, and other grammatical information. From this raw data, customer attitudes and feelings are isolated and identified, and companies are able to process high-volume customer communication efficiently and respond much more quickly. Customers include Capital One, Expedia, Gaylord Hotels, and H&R Block.
