The biggest indicator that we are culture-first is that we encourage our employees to take yoga class and guided relaxation during the day. We invested in an onsite cafe. Lunch with multiple healthy choices is offered at no charge. We support one another in healthy choices at work and in our lives outside of work. We have added new and better benefits annually and responded to our employee's feedback for a lower deductible health insurance plan.
