We want to be a place where people can do their best work unhindered. Our executive leadership team is enrolled in personalized coaching to ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. In 2020, we also launched several employee-initiated and employee-led resource groups: Black and Brown, Women’s Circle, and Rainbow Coalition (LGBTQ+). We have allocated $100,000 annually for employee resource groups to donate to organizations of their choosing. We invest in current and future leaders through our Leadership Exploration and Development program, a six-month leadership development course focused on empathy, self-awareness, and confidence.
