We have a diverse global workforce spread over many timezones that speaks 17 languages altogether, yet every person feels like they're part of one family. We encourage our employees to travel and work from anywhere. We believe travel connects us, making us better at our jobs. We promote this through sharing pictures of adventures within our messaging app, offering travel-based incentives and rewards for meeting goals, and offering unlimited paid time off. We even offer corporate apartments free for up to two weeks for employees. These apartments not only enable our employees to travel and meet, but they are also available for family adventures too!

Our company puts culture first with intentional recruiting, community involvement, and a warm work atmosphere conducive to collaboration. On any given day there's music drifting from the president's office, one of our founders is zipping among the cubicles on his motorized scooter, or a couple of dogs are awaiting their next play break. We also emphasize work/life balance by providing a family friendly office, flexible work time, and surprise days off. Nobody feels stifled by old-fashioned traditions or strict rules and everyone feels like their ideas and opinions are valued.
