WHY WE THINK WE'RE A GREAT PLACE TO WORK
Within a month of their start date, our CEO meets with every new hire to explain our company culture in detail and set expectations for how people should work with each other. We have an evolving document which lays out 1) our company values, 2) norms around communication and collaboration, 3) manager guidelines, and 4) principles around product design and development. After this initial introduction, our company culture figures into our daily and long-term decision-making. We think it's important for people to know what's going on and be included in decisions that affect them and the company.
