We start by ensuring all new hires are a fit with our philosophy, as we think that you cannot teach culture. Evolv hosts quarterly culture surveys to gauge staff opinion on our policies. We also have a bi-weekly company standup that everyone attends. It is a great way to communicate ideas, company financial information, and other news. We have social events every Friday, which allow our staff to mingle and have fun.
