WHY WE THINK WE'RE A GREAT PLACE TO WORK

The first Friday of every month, Florence closes the office for the afternoon to participate in community activities (building homes for Habitat, for example), having fun (bike rides, rock climbing), or eating at a local restaurant. Additionally, every employee is truly the CEO of his or her job with autonomy to "dare greatly" and take risks. Finally, work-life balance is a reality with unlimited PTO, the ability to work remotely, and a casual workplace.

WHY WE THINK WE'RE A GREAT PLACE TO WORK

Engagement and eNPS scores are key metrics at GoCanvas. Engagement is tracked on a weekly basis through OfficeVibe to identify teams that are experiencing challenges before the challenges become complaints. Our wellness program offers bimonthly massages and yoga classes each month in addition to membership to the gym in the building. In 2019, we are implementing nutrition classes, meditation and mindfulness, and stress management. We host events throughout the year including holiday parties, potlucks, happy hours, and more.
